The butterfly focal piece in this handcrafted beaded neckace came from a bead show. It is carved from Silver Creek Jasper. I stayed with the neutral tones in the stone for the rest of the necklace using map jasper beads with copper Bali-style beads for a little pop, bringing out the warmer tones in the butterfly. I used a Bali-style copper S-clasp for the closure on this 19" long necklace.
